By subscribing to The Creative Permission Slip (Monthly Mail Club) (“the Subscription”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. What You’re Purchasing
The Subscription is a monthly mailed zine, printed in full color and created by Cindy Ingram.
Each month, subscribers receive a reproduction of the zine designed for that month.
Content may include writing, art, collage, photos, prompts, and other creative elements.
Each issue is created at Cindy’s discretion.
2. Subscription Billing
- Your subscription is billed monthly on a recurring basis through the payment method you provide.
- You authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your card each month until you cancel.
- The subscription price is $5/month for the Black Friday launch, and will increase to $7/month after the promotion ends.
- If your payment fails, we may pause or cancel your subscription until updated payment information is provided.
3. Cancellations
- You may cancel anytime through your account or by contacting support@artclasscurator.com.
- Cancellations apply to future charges only.
- Already-paid issues cannot be refunded.
- If you cancel after a charge has processed, you will still receive that month’s zine.
4. Refunds
Because this is a small-batch mailed art product, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:
- subscription renewals that have already processed
- dissatisfaction with creative content
- issues lost or delayed due to postal service issues outside our control
If your item arrives damaged, see Section 5.
5. Shipping
- Zines ship around the middle of each month.
- Shipping is available worldwide.
- International shipping includes an additional $1.50 per month.
- Delivery time depends on the postal carrier and destination.
- If your zine arrives damaged, email a photo to support@artclasscurator.com within 7 days, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
6. Changes to the Subscription
We may update the design, format, content, materials, or method of printing at any time.
We may also update the subscription price with at least 30 days’ notice to active subscribers. This is unlikely to happen.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, writing, and content in the zines is owned by Cindy Ingram.
Subscribers may not:
- reproduce or distribute the zines
- resell copies
- use the artwork commercially
You may keep, display, journal with, or collage with your personal copy—just not copy or redistribute it.
8. Privacy
We only use your personal information to:
- process payments
- ship your zines
- communicate about your subscription
Your information will never be sold or shared.
