A Workshop to Create What You Came Here to Make
Thursday, May 29, 12:00-1:30pm Eastern
This is the spark that says: it’s time.

You’ve been quiet too long. Playing small too long. You are a force. It’s time to create like your life depends on it—because it kinda does.

You’ve carried your creative vision for weeks, months, maybe even years.
The longing is there. The ideas won’t leave you alone.
But the actual doing? That’s where you freeze, stall out, or disappear into overwhelm.
This free 90-minute workshop is your ignition point.
Join creativity midwife, author, and soul-fire starter Cindy Ingram for a bold, compassionate, truth-telling workshop designed to move you from longing to action.
Whether you want to write, make art, launch a project, or finally begin the thing that won’t let you go—this workshop will help you stop waiting and start making.
Together, we’ll explore:
-
Why your creative resistance isn’t a character flaw—it’s your nervous system doing its job
-
How to work with your brain and body, not against them, to get unstuck
-
The small, powerful shifts that transform ideas into momentum
-
A simple, soulful framework to move from thinking to doing
-
Why summer is the perfect time to build creative fire and keep it burning
You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of your creative blocks, tools to move through them, and the spark of truth that says:
“This is what I came here to make.”
And because one spark leads to another…
You’ll also be invited to a free live coworking session the following week on Thursday, June 5 at 12:30am Eastern.
We’ll gather in community to take aligned action on your creative project—writing, making, dreaming, or whatever wants to come through. You won’t just leave with ideas—you’ll use them.

Who’s Holding the Torch?
Hi! I’m Cindy Ingram. I’m a creativity coach, author, artist, and self-proclaimed creativity midwife. I help sensitive, passionate humans reconnect with their creative power and finally make the work they’ve been dreaming about. Through deep presence, nervous system wisdom, and a whole lot of truth-telling, I guide my clients to create what they came here to make.
I’m the author of Art Is About Being Whole: A Memoir, Founder and CEO of Art Class Curator, and creator of Summer of Creative Fire. My workshops are fiery, tender, and wildly activating—and I can’t wait to share this space with you.

Praise for the Cindy’s Art Connection Workshops
“When I joined the Circle, I was at a point where I was searching for some kind of connection. I was feeling very lost. I felt like I wasn’t reaching people, and I felt like people weren’t reaching me. I have never felt more connected to a group of people through a screen than I have through the Art Connection Circle. The kind of connection that I got through the Art Connection Circle gives me hope and shows me that it is possible for me to make deep connections with people this way. And I learned that I’m not alone.”
“I went into the Circle promising myself that I was not going to share about my recent cancer. I wasn’t ready. But when Cindy put the first artwork up on day one, it spoke to me so loudly I cried. The art helped me connect with a part of me that was not ready. Art opened a door that was not there before. The art made it easier to talk about my story, and it was met with encouragement and loving kindness from the group. I learned that I can heal, and that art heals.”
“I was really surprised at how deep we were able to get in such a short time. It’s amazing how a piece of artwork can really transition you into so many other aspects to think about, whether it’s the art, your life or someone else’s, or what’s happening in the world.”
“Cindy is truly excellent at creating a safe space for the group to share, explore, and feel heard. I was never worried that I was going to say the wrong thing or that I couldn’t say something that I wanted to say because of how it would be reacted to. That safe space allowed us to create deep bonds.”
“The self-awareness I gained from the Art Connection Circle was profound. I realized how important it is for my actions to line up with my values and also what a strong hold past voices have on how I think about myself now. In the safe and non-judgemental space of the circle, I learned to always be true to myself.“
“The Art Connection Circle is a safe and accepting space, and I felt comfortable there. It was a teddy bear. It was an encyclopedia. It was a community. It was just everything rolled into one.”
